Questions
Before you join
How do I join The Völsung Clan?
Join our Discord, post a short application in #applications using the template, and leadership will help you through onboarding.
Do I need Bannerlord multiplayer experience?
No. We are a newcomer-friendly clan: trainings, guides and experienced players help you learn the shieldwall, the bow or a civilian role.
Where is the clan based and when do you play?
We are an EU clan. Our weekly events run in the evening, Central European Time: Middle-Earth on Tuesday, Chronicles on Saturday and BRE on Sunday. Persistent Bannerlord runs every day.
What do you play besides the events?
Persistent Bannerlord, the open-world mod where we are one of the major factions, and community sessions of Crusader Kings, Counter-Strike, Total War, Wardogs, Valheim and more.
How do ranks and promotions work?
The first ranks are Thrall and Folk. After that you climb the Infantry, Archer or Civilian ladder of the Skjaldborg, and promotions are announced at the Promotion Ceremony on the last Sunday of every month.
